Hercove began, as many good things do, from a desire for more — more connection, more creativity, and more balance.

I’m Casie, a mum of three, wife, and the heart behind Hercove. Before this chapter, I spent years working in pathology and later completed a degree in Naturopathy and Nutritional Medicine. Health, wellbeing and thoughtful living have always been part of who I am — but motherhood shifted everything.

 

Like many parents, I found myself craving independence and purpose, while still wanting to be present for my children. That’s when Hercove was born.

What started at the studio bench — creating body and bath products using my studies, then experimenting with jewellery — slowly grew into something much bigger. Late nights, live sales while the kids slept (or so I hoped), and years of dedication led to a thriving online business… and eventually, a physical space of our own.

 

In May 2024, Hercove opened its doors in Cooma.

 

Today, Hercove is a carefully curated gift store paired with a grab-and-go style café — a place to pop in for a coffee, find something special, or simply stop for a chat. We’re proudly local, and so are most of our customers. It’s become a true community space, filled with laughter, familiar faces, and plenty of friendly banter.

 

Our shelves are stocked with delightful giftware, items chosen to bring joy — whether you’re buying for someone else or treating yourself. The café side reflects the same philosophy: simple, comforting, and made for everyday life.

 

Hercove is more than a shop.
